A Bayside Walk.

 Tuesday 28 April.

Our new home is a one car home, so adaptions are being made to allow freedom for my husband when I am off hiking with my friends.

On this morning I took the 6.06 am, 555 bus to The Hyperdome, near Beenleigh, to meet up with the Gaiter Girls. The lovely Rebecca then drove us to Ormiston and Felmonhger Park to walk the Doug Tiller Reserve through to Scribbly Gums Conservation Park and return.

The damp weather of the weekend was continuing. Umbrellas were up and down, but it made for lush, moody walking and a full Hilliard Creek.

A hint of pink, waiting at the bus stop.

The ducks and birds were loving the wet morning.

A stunning mural on a toilet block.

Our lovely 13 kilometre of wonderful walking was rewarded with coffee and breakfast nibbles in a nearby park.

I would love to read your comment.

    1. Missing lots of things, but the positives far outway the negatives.

Thanks for taking me along for another beautiful walk. Now, if only reading about it would burn off the calories ... ha!

    1. Ha, ha. Even my walking doesn't seem to be burning off the calories. Less chocolate may help me.
